Developers in Pune Realize the Importance of Green Surroundings

Apartments PuneMost of the developers in Pune are now spoilt for choice as all areas surrounding Pune have now become viable options for development. Previously, there were some areas which were on mountainous terrain and were difficult to develop. However, with advances in technology and the municipal corporation giving permission for development in such areas, real estate development has flourished here. In fact, these hilly and green areas of Pune are attracting many townships projects, as people of Pune are looking for homes away from the noise and pollution of the main city.

One such area that comes to mind is Sinhagad Road. This road takes us to the famous Sinhagad Fort in Pune. This whole area is beautiful and probably the greenest area in Pune. Previoulsy, this area did not have much infrastructure, but with an increase in tourists population, the municipal corporation developed road infrastructure really well. Soon, real estate developers acquired some cleverly located vacant land and made some wonderful township projects.

Although, there was a uncertainty about if people wanted to buy homes here, the response to such homes was more than encouraging. Therefore, many developers came to this area. Today, flats on Sinhagad Road fetch amazing prices. Sinhgad Road will soon be one of the most developed areas in Pune. People are looking for such peaceful places and are willing to shell out good money for it.

One of the most popular developers for Sinhagad Road are D.S.Kulkarni Developers Ltd. They have completed numerous projects here and many more are ongoing. Meghmalahar Phase II is a wonderful project that puts you right in the lap of nature. Vishwa Villa is a villa project that offers grand villas in the famous DSK Vishwa Township. DSK Sayantara is a bungalow plot project that offers fully developed plots for you. Located again   inside the massive DSK Vishwa, the view from his plot project is beautiful. You can see the Khadakwasla Lake nearby.

Developers in Pune must look at the outskirts of the city to build projects that will take buyers closer to nature.
